Service Description

This plan allows athletes to get a hands on, one-on-one experience through individually modified plans. From throwing schedules, zoom calls, video breakdown or even conditioning, this plan allows for individuals to dive deep into their own growth. I will provide 2 zoom meetings, a throwing plan, arm care schedule, and anything else needed at a small monthly rate. We will breakdown film or even re-watch previous game footage to learn from mistakes and successes. The first meeting will be a breakdown of what you need and want to achieve. By individual consultation, we will apply that into a program that works for the athlete to grow. This plan does not require you to book an appointment.
